An In-Town Record at $5,200,000 - Updated 12.4.19
After tearing down the old "Round House", Rockridge completed construction at 305 N French St in March of 2019. Last month, the home sold for $5,200,000. At $1,215 per square foot, this sale set a new record for the value of a single family home in the core of town.
The team involved in this project included architecture by Suzanne Allen Sabo and Ben Henson of Allen-Guerra Architecture, interior design by Holly Emrick of Modern Interior Design, and smart home features by Colin Scollard of Mountain Multi-Vision & Sound.
