Tear Downs

Many clients are surprised by the relatively modest cost of removing an existing home and starting fresh. With multiple tear-down projects completed in recent years, we’ve helped homeowners move from outdated houses to custom mountain homes built without compromise.

Down to the studs

Some homes don’t need to be replaced—they need to be reimagined. By stripping the interior back to its framing, we create the freedom to rebuild with clarity and purpose.

Aesthetic refinish

An aesthetic refinish refreshes a well-built home through targeted finish upgrades—flooring, cabinetry, appliances, doors, and details—without altering the underlying structure.
