The Sol Center brings the Family & Intercultural Resource Center and Building Hope under one roof. The 18,150-square-foot facility includes a community food market, thrift store, flexible meeting areas and offices designed to make essential services easier to reach.

Everyday Essentials, All in One Place
The Sol Center’s Community Food Market and Thrift Store provide local individuals and families with convenient access to fresh, nutritious food, affordable clothing and household essentials. Together, these welcoming spaces strengthen food security, extend the life of donated goods and support FIRC’s work throughout Summit County.
Built for collaboration
FIRC and Building Hope serve different needs that often overlap. Shared offices, meeting space and public-facing programs create natural opportunities for coordination—helping food access, financial stability and mental health support work together.
