Rockridge Building Company offers an array of general contracting services in Breckenridge, CO and surrounding counties.  Our portfolio since 1995 includes more than $80,000,000 worth of custom homes and other projects.

Summit County retains the feel of a small community.  In addition to building custom mountain homes in the area, our team also works hard to support philanthropic endeavors present throughout the County. 

Portfolio

We have been building in Breckenridge and Summit County since 1995.  Our work over the past 25 years has produced some of the most recognized mountain homes in the area.  Our projects have ranged from 2,000 SF to 10,000 SF and spanned from mountain modern to rustic.  The focus of each is to complete a custom home matching our client’s vision.

Our team consists of nearly 20 professionals who work every day on the creation of custom mountain homes in the unique environment of Summit County, Colorado.  We love living in the mountains of Colorado and enjoying the lifestyle opportunities that exist here.  Each of us looks forward to helping you do the same.
