Our team is frequently asked about the high-visibility project at 300 E Washington. Locals know that this property has needed improvements for some time, so there seems to be curiosity about what is being built. As seen below, this site used to have multiple blue buildings creating separate residences. The new project, designed by Janet Sutterley, incorporates the historic portion of the old building into a new custom home. Working closely with Janet, the owners, and the Town, we are helping this corner of Breckenridge maintain historic character while creating a beautiful new residence.
